Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Callora ("we," "us") and the individual or entity ("Customer," "you") that signs up for, accesses, or uses the Callora website, dashboard, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you are under 13 years old or do not have authority to bind your company, do not use the Service.

Callora provides a cloud platform for AI-driven voice agents, including:
  • AI-powered call handling and automation
  • Phone number provisioning (via Twilio)
  • Call recording and transcription
  • Call analysis and insights
  • Related professional services

Important Note: Phone numbers provided through our service remain the property of Callora and are licensed to you for use with our AI agents. You are paying for the AI call agent services, not the phone numbers themselves.

Trial Terms:
  • The trial begins when you add a valid payment method
  • Trial includes 50% of the monthly minute allowance for your selected plan
  • Limited to one phone number and one knowledge base during trial
  • You may end the trial early at any time from Settings → Billing
Subscription Terms:
  • Automatic conversion to paid plan after trial period
  • Monthly renewal until cancelled
  • No refunds for partial months or unused minutes
  • Immediate cancellation available from Settings → Billing

  • Monthly base fee billed in advance
  • Overage minutes charged at the rate shown on the Pricing page
  • Overage charges accrue and are billed with the next month's base fee
  • All payments are non-refundable
  • Failed payments may lead to service suspension
  • Unpaid balances remain payable

AI Limitations:
  • AI agents may provide inaccurate or incorrect information
  • We are not responsible for any lost sales or damages resulting from AI responses
  • Call transcriptions may be inaccurate due to voice quality or AI limitations
  • Results and analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
Call Recordings:
  • Recordings are handled by Twilio and stored on their servers
  • Recording URLs are publicly accessible but hard to guess
  • We recommend not recording sensitive information
  • You are responsible for obtaining caller consent for recordings

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Any form of abuse or misuse will result in immediate account suspension
  • We reserve the right to report abuse to relevant authorities
  • Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
    • Spam calling or harassment
    • Fraudulent activities
    • Attempting to reverse engineer the service
    • Sharing account credentials
    • Using the service for illegal purposes

  • We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models
  • You retain rights to your business data
  • We implement reasonable security measures
  • You are responsible for protecting your account credentials
  • We may retain data as required by law

Our service availability and performance are subject to the following terms:

  • Twilio Dependency: Our service relies heavily on Twilio's infrastructure and services. Any issues with Twilio's services may directly impact our service availability and performance. You can monitor Twilio's service status at status.twilio.com.
  • Service Availability: While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime due to our dependency on third-party services and potential technical issues.
  • Maintenance Windows: We may schedule maintenance periods to improve our service. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance that may affect service availability.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
    • Twilio service outages or degradation
    • Internet connectivity issues
    • Natural disasters
    • Acts of government or regulatory authorities
  • Service Credits: In the event of significant service disruptions caused by our infrastructure (excluding third-party dependencies), we may provide service credits at our discretion.

  • We may update these Terms at any time
  • Changes will be posted on this page
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes will be notified via email
